I was shopping online the other day, looking for a new murano blown glass ashtray, when I came across the one that you see in the upper left of this post; I liked this blown glass piece so much that I just had to buy it and add a picture to this post so that you could see what I was talking about. There is just something so pretty about the way that the light prisms off blown glass pieces, and their durability. While I am not proud to be a smoker, and it’s a habit – that like the current sitting US president – I have been trying to kick for some time, I might as well enjoy quality blown glass ash trays like this one while I am still smoking. Besides, once I do manage to quit for good, which is not that far off my friends, I can easily wash out this beautiful piece and place it somewhere in my house. It will also work nicely as a very decorative ornament once I am smoke-free forever!
