I love the look of hand blown glass items. They are so beautiful and unique, each piece. I've found glass vases, to glass jewelry, and glass cups and bowls, all made from glass that was hand blown. I love watching the glass blowers, also called lampworkers, use their talent while making blown glass. It's truly amazing to me how they take a blog of glass and form it and shape it into something beautiful. I've watched many documentaries about how they make glass that is hand blown, because I love to learn how they do these things. I have even read books that were fiction but based on someone who made glass by hand blowing it. My brother learned how to make glass jewelry, and has sold it across the United States. His blown glass pendants are spectacular and sell like hot cakes. Glass that is hand blown and made into jewelry is really trendy right now. I see women wearing them all the time, and I always admire the beauty of the jewelry that was hand blown.
