glass vasesGlass vases are an essential part of my home decorating. When garden flowers are out of season, I turn to dried flowers and weeds to have something attractive in the glass vases. Having a variety of colors and textures in the dried or fresh bouquets really lends a lot of interest to a room, and can even be inspirational. I am very interested in plants and love to garden. I also love being outdoors and if I see something that would look good in one of my glass vases, I cut it and take it home. Let me clarify, however; I only take dried plant material home. In my state it is illegal to cut most plant life while it is still living. Most of the time, however, I either order my dried flowers online at stores that have good selections. From time to time, I also buy new glass vases, especially if one strikes me as if it would go well with my decorating scheme. Glass vases also make a wonderful gift, and are suitable for just about everyone on my gift list, so I've been known to get great bargains on not only glass vases, but beautiful dried bouquets for presents, as well.
